Course Title Autism Awareness – Early Years Self–Directed Learning
Description Suitable for all PVI and Maintained Foundation Stage Early Years practitioners including childminders either new to autism, with limited knowledge of the condition, or those needing a refresher in the Early Years sector. The sessions will include a range of approaches that can be used to meet the needs of those on the autistic spectrum.

Outcomes
  • An understanding of the Autistic Spectrum Condition
  • An understanding of what, why, how and when to use to use a range of strategies with an Early Years focus
