Do you want to report a concern about a child?

If you are worried about a child or young person you should tell us immediately. Children and their parents may need urgent help.

Local Safeguarding Children Board (LSCB) procedures

LSCB procedures are now only available online. Follow this link http://www.proceduresonline.com/berks/index.html

This website should be saved to desktop/favourites for ease of access. Select 'Contact Us' to register for email alerts whenever there are changes to the procedures and to make any comments and/or highlight inaccuracies.

Printing of the new procedures is not recommended as any printed pages will expire within 72 hours. Those who do not have immediate access to the internet should make arrangements to do so e.g. via the library. Ofsted is aware of the change to the online child protection procedures and state that the need to meet the EYFS Welfare Requirements remains.
