Intensive Interaction is a person centric, gentle approach to support building relationships with those children who are at early stages of communication.

Join us to learn more about this respectful, impactful and fulfilling way to support social communication. We will discuss developing relationships, building interactions, knowing, understanding and practicing what communication routines are about.

Who should attend

Anyone employed in a WBC setting, playworkers or wraparound care workers with a passion to make a difference for all children especially those with SEND

Course outcomes

Understanding what the Fundamentals of communication are. The development of our own practice and understanding of children with communication and interaction support needs.
