However, since we won’t know for a while whether those performances will be able to go ahead, we think it is better to refund all parents that purchased tickets through the Hexagon Box Office. The Hexagon is now starting to manage that process. It will happen automatically and parents don’t need to contact the Box Office unless they haven’t received a refund within 30 days.
Where parents purchased additional WASMA tickets through their school, schools will aim to refund those monies in due course.
If it isn't possible to go ahead with the revised dates in the latter part of the summer term, it is likely that WASMA 2020 will have to be cancelled.
Where parents purchased WASMA T shirts but haven't yet received them, schools will make arrangements to provide them once it is possible to do so.

The Wokingham Area Schools Music Association (WASMA) continues to provide opportunities for pupils in Wokingham schools to make music together. WASMA is organised by the schools for the schools, involving about 800 children from a large proportion of the primary and junior schools in the area.
