Mayor's Carols 2024 - Ticket/Programme confirmation and payment
This form enables parents/carers of children taking part in this event to make payment for the tickets (programmes) that you have been allocated through your school (or the Berkshire Music Trust).
Please note that this form mustn't be used to request additional tickets that haven't been agreed by the school.
