During this session, Hillside Primary and Nursery School will be sharing insights into their 2024 cohort and discussing school readiness for their current nursery children. This will also offer an opportunity for early years providers and schools to collaborate, identify potential needs for the 2025 cohort, and explore additional transitional support that may be required.
