Thriving Teachers Programme
The Thriving Teachers Programme is designed to empower educators in their 3rd and 4th year of teaching. During this critical stage of professional growth, teachers will refine their pedagogy, deepen their expertise, and develop the skills to become influential practitioners within their settings. Participants will gain comprehensive insights into evidence-informed teaching, with subject materials tailored to primary contexts.
Teachers will be equipped with the tools to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment and enhance student engagement. The programme focuses on nurturing a supportive community of teachers who can collaborate effectively, share best practices, and inspire one another to reach their full potential.
There will be an online Meet & Greet via MS Teams from 3.45pm to 4.15pm on Thursday 27 February 2025.
The programme involves two in person sessions held on 13 March and 6 June 2025 8am for 8.30am start - 11.30am
Who should attend
Teachers in their 3rd or 4th year of teaching
Course outcomes
- To gain a deep understanding of evidence-informed teaching and learning principles and their practical application in the classroom
- To build the foundations for effective wellbeing management and establish habits for long-term professional growth
- To grow strong personal networks to support long-term success
