Thriving Teachers Programme designed to empower educators in their 3rd and 4th year of teaching, enhancing classroom practice.
The Keys Academy Trust are offering a ‘Try Before You Buy’ single session for the Thriving Teacher Programme 2025 - 2026 available for just £50!
This is a fantastic opportunity for educators in their 3rd or 4th year of teaching to experience one of our empowering sessions before committing to the full programme. You will get a taste of the practical, evidence-informed strategies and wellbeing support that make this course so impactful.

Teachers in their 3rd or 4th year of teaching
Course outcomes
- To gain a deep understanding of evidence-informed teaching and learning principles and their practical application in the classroom

This training programme will take place in person at St Cecilia’s C of E Primary School starting on 8th October 2025.
The sessions will take place on the following dates:

- 3rd December 2025
- 21st January 2026
- 18th March 2026
- 20th May 2026
- 1st July 2026
