This two-part roundtable series explores how purposeful talk can transform teaching, learning, and school culture. Drawing on Voice 21's Oracy Framework, participants will examine how developing pupils’ spoken language supports deeper thinking, confidence, and inclusion across the curriculum. Across both sessions, leaders will engage with practical strategies to strengthen classroom dialogue, create a culture that values every pupil’s voice and plan for coherent whole-school implementation. The series aims to build collective understanding of how oracy underpins effective learning and empowers pupils to communicate with clarity, confidence and purpose in every context
