Transition Network 2 (Central)
The Early Years Team are pleased to share that we have been able to arrange a number of Transition Network Meetings. These will be an opportunity for EYs Providers and schools to get together and discuss all things to do with transition. A member of the EYs team will facilitate each one and the following agendas have been proposed:
Transition Network 2: Opportunity to discuss children who will be transitioning up to school in September 2024 with the receiving school (Parental consent will be required) and plan transition
Who should attend
Early Year Providers and EYFS in schools
Other information
To ensure that schools and EYs providers have the opportunity to talk and discuss things we have split the schools into 4 groups dependent on location. We ask that EYs providers decide on the schools whom it will be most appropriate and valuable for them to attend a Transition network with and then attend this one.
