Transition Network for all providers including school nurseries and reception class
A networking opportunity for Early Years providers and schools.
This session will focus on reflecting on the 2026 cohort who have recently started Reception and exploring ways to strengthen transition processes for the 2027 intake.
Participants will engage in topic-based discussion, share best practice, learn from one another, and identify any gaps in current transition approaches to support smoother experiences for children and families.
