Transition Network One
- Schools will be sharing how the 2025 cohort have settled into school and any emerging developmental/school readiness themes
- Early years providers will be sharing 2026 cohort emerging development and school readiness themes
- The network will provide opportunities for the schools and EY’s providers to work together, sharing ideas of how we can support children and families through their transition journey to primary school
- Identify how transition processes can be enhanced for 2026 intake
