Mayor's Carols 2025 - Ticket/Programme confirmation and payment

This form enables families of Berkshire Music Trust orchestra members to make payment for the tickets (programmes) that you have agreed with the Berkshire Music Trust.

Please note that this form mustn't be used to request additional tickets that haven't been agreed by the Berkshire Music Trust.
