Complaints

Wokingham Borough Council aims to work in partnership with parents/carers who have chosen to educate their child(ren) at home. It also looks to develop good working relationships along with providing advice, guidance and support as necessary.

Should a complaint arise, however, in the first instance contact should be made with the EHE Officer, preferably in writing. If the response is not considered to be satisfactory or your complaint relates to the actions of the EHE Officer, contact should be made with the Principal Education Welfare Officer by email to education.welfare@wokingham.gov.uk or in writing to;
