School Grievance

If you have a concern regarding your child’s school, teacher or a particular issue relating to a school policy, please refer to the school’s complaints procedure.  This will advise you in the first instance to contact the Head Teacher before taking the matter to the Governing Body.  It is extremely unlikely that the Education Welfare Service would have any involvement in these matters.  

Your legal responsibility to ensure that your child is in receipt of education remains whilst the school deals with your complaint.
