The below options should be considered alongside, or before, accessing either MHST, Emotional Wellbeing Hub or specialist services.

From anxiety to autism, dating to depression, self-harm to self-esteem. Moderators pre-check everything to keep you safe and in-house counsellors are always on hand if you need extra support.

Other Local or National services

Other local or national services can be accessed by contacting the Emotional Wellbeing Hub and giving a brief overview of the area of need, this will result in either a self-help information sheet or a few, more specialist options.

Also, the LOCAL OFFER and CARE AND SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES pages are a good source of information for local support resources.
