Mayor's Carols 2025
Further information for families of the Berkshire Music Trust orchestra members or choir families that have been asked to pay online
This page is mainly intended for families of Berkshire Music Trust orchestra members that are playing in the Wokingham Mayor's Carols 2025 and who need to pay for their entry programmes.
Most school choir families are paying for programmes through their school, but if you have been specifically directed to pay online, please follow the instructions below.
The default allocation of entry programmes for orchestra members is 1. However, as spare programmes are available this year, orchestra families are able to request 2. Please make your programme request through the Berkshire Music Trust.
Once you have received your allocated programme(s), please pay using the link below. This leads to a form where you can confirm your details and then pay online via the Wokingham Payments System (Heycentric). Note that the initial form and Wokingham Payments are separate systems, so you will need to enter some information twice.
When you reach the Wokingham Payments System, it is essential that you choose the Account Group: Music and Arts (NOT Arts and Culture), followed by Account Type: Mayor's Charity. Please make a note of your Wokingham Payment System receipt number in case of later queries.
Important information
- Please do not click on the link below until you are 100% sure that you have been allocated one or more entry programmes for this event.
- Note that the Wokingham Payments system is only being used to take payments for the programme you have requested and isn’t an ordering system in itself.
- Please don't pay for more programmes than you have agreed with the Berkshire Music Trust, member of school staff or Council officer, as the Council aren't able to issue refunds.
