Mayor's Carols 2024

This page provides information for parents/carers where the school has confirmed their child/children will be taking part in the choir for the Mayor's Carols 2024.

You should have received a letter from the school giving information about the event and must have already requested programmes via the request form and returned it to the school.

This link below leads to a form where you can confirm how many programmes you have requested and then pay for them online via the Wokingham Payments System (Heycentric).  Note that the initial form and Wokingham Payments are separate systems, so you will need to enter some information twice.

Please note that to meet the requirements of the venue, all members of the audience should have their own ticket/programme, including young children who may sit on the lap of another audience member.

Note that the form will only be available for a limited time.  

Important information

• Please do not click on the link below unless:
  • your school/Music Trust have confirmed your child/children are taking part in this event, and
  • you have already requested programmes through the school/Trust.  
• The Wokingham Payments system is only being used to take payments for the programmes you have requested and isn’t an ordering system in itself.
• Please don't use this form to request or pay for a higher number of tickets than has been agreed through the school/Music Trust.
