Racial Equity

During the summer term 2020, in response to the killing of George Floyd and the wave of Black Lives Matter protests, the WBC school improvement team began a programme to support schools to work for racial equity. 

In the autumn term 2020, the team drew up a set of suggested aims and principles for this work, which were shared with headteachers and governors.
