Support for most Children in Care/Care Leaver tablets and laptops is provided via Stone Computers.  There are 3 options to access Stone support:

Support is available 8am-6pm Mon-Fri, via telephone or email (excluding Bank Holidays).

Those contacting Stone support will need to provide the serial number of the device as that is used for identification purposes.

A small proportion of devices have been sourced from other suppliers.  Devices that aren't supported by Stone are supported by local company Waterman Solutions: 0118 324 1133 or support@watermansolutions.co.uk  Support is available during office hours 8:30am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday.  You may be asked for the serial number of the device so that Waterman Solutions know it is a genuine request.
