You will gain understanding about how individual differences in Executive Function and Working Memory may impact learning. Strategies to reduce cognitive load and increase confidence and independence are explored.

Any staff member looking to reduce cognitive load and increase confidence and independence in their pupils
Course outcomes
Understand how you can support children who struggle to access lots of verbal information in the classroom. Be ready to use some classroom adaptations that can support student's independence, attention and task completion.
