Gain an understanding of the importance of being trauma aware, through discussing theory and looking at the practical, hands on tools and techniques to support children who may have experienced trauma.
This course has two sessions - 29.06.26 - 10-1pm & 06.07.26 - 9.30am-12.30pm, both should be attended.
Who should attend
Training for Managers, SENCo's and Practitioners.
Course outcomes
Develop you knowledge and understanding of relational approaches to support children who may have experienced trauma.
Develop understanding of the key research and neuroscience that explains why these approaches are needed.
Reflect and improve on your practice, policies and procedures.
