Mayor's Carols 2025

This page provides information for families of Berkshire Music Trust orchestra members that are playing in the Wokingham Mayor's Carols 2025.

The default allocation of entry programmes for this event is 1 for each member of the orchestra.  However, as spare programmes are available this year, orchestra families are able to request 2.  Please make your programme request through the Berkshire Music Trust.

Once you have received your allocated programme(s), please pay using the link below.  This leads to a form where you can confirm your details and then pay online via the Wokingham Payments System (Heycentric).  Note that the initial form and Wokingham Payments are separate systems, so you will need to enter some information twice.

Note that the form will only be available for a limited time.  

Important information

• Please do not click on the link below until you are 100% sure that the Berkshire Music Trust have allocated you one or more tickets/programmes for this event.
• Note that the Wokingham Payments system is only being used to take payments for the programme you have requested and isn’t an ordering system in itself.
• Please don't pay for more programmes than you have agreed with the Berkshire Music Trust, as the Council aren't able to issue refunds.
