Alternative Provision - List of Known Providers

The spreadsheet below sets out alternative provision providers that the local authority is aware of. This is not an approved list of providers.

All providers listed have completed the basic desktop due diligence form (see the AP Toolkit), and the spreadsheet indicates where a quality assurance (QA) visit has taken place.

It must be noted that the legal responsibility for quality assurance and safeguarding checks remains with the commissioner of the placement. Schools should ensure they are familiar with the Non-School Alternative Provision: Voluntary National Standards and Arranging Alternative Provision - A guide for local authorities and schools guidance, both available in the AP Toolkit.
